We at Pink Sumo believe that you will be over the moon with your product, however there may be an occasion where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep this process as “stress free” and as simple as possible. If the item you have ordered is faulty, defective or you’ve had a change of heart(it happens) you must return it to us unused and in its original condition within 30 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.
So how do I return an item? Simply contact us by email (email@example.com) and we will issue you with a RAC (Returns Authorisations Code.) You must obtain a RAC before sending anything back to us or we will not be able to process your return. If you find this process a little too impersonal, you could always give our team a call on 01753 537700 and one of our sumos will be happy to help.
If you return an item because of an error on our part, or it is defective, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs. You are responsible for any other service provided to you in connection with your purchase, e.g. gift wrapping. The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Our policy at Pink Sumo is to ensure that you are satisfied with every order you place with us. If you have a change of heart or are unhappy with an item, you can return it to us within 30 days, with the despatch note, ensuring the product is unused, and in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging , instructions, etc), otherwise we will not be able to refund you. You are responsible for any other service provided to you in connection with your purchase, e.g. gift wrapping and delivery charge. Please note that the cost of returning the item(s) as a result of a change of heart must be borne by you. Certain Products are excluded from this returns policy, including any food/perishable items, personalised products or those made to order. You will also be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
By law, consumers in the European Union have the right to cancel a contract for the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after receipt of the order. If you wish to cancel your order under the DSRs (European Distance Selling Regulations) we ask you to please notify or Customer Service team quoting your name and order number.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
